eto yung aaw na first time naming magdedefend ng case.. xempwe... kabado kaming lahat... hindi pa aman kami familiar sa case namin na NNTG... wahahahaha.. but i think we prepared enough.. 4 yung panel namin.. hnd kasama yung CI namin dun... hehehehe.... at first, la xadong questions... wow.. ayus na to la tanonh sabi namin... and then diniscuss koh na yng NCP... wahahaha... i was then in front... feeling koh binugbog yung NCP at ako... ahehehehe.... if you could see our printed output... pulang-pula xa... ahehehe.... first part yun ng ncp... magaling aman poh yung pinagawa koh ng NCP... xempwe... bestfwend koh yun... ahehehe... first prob namin was pain... priority...

asan daw yung PQRST of pain??? huh??? isip ak.. and then i recalled... taos sabi pa... kulang daw yung observation namin... and batit daw yung pain scale eh asa objectives which is supposed to be daw eh subjective.... kasi it was verbalized by the patient.... tama aman... but nakasanayan na namin ng objective yun,.... now we know.... ahehehe.... hmmm..... they got a point there... ahehehe.... but big deal pa rin yung PQRST ng pain.... nilagyan pa nga yun ng tono ng reviewer namin sa nursing process eh... ahehehe... ganito yung... What PROVOKES, provokes the pain??? What's the QUALITY, quality of the pain... Does the pain RADIATES, does the pain radaites?? What's the SEVERITY, severity of the pain??? What's the TIME, time of the pain??? Wheeew.., yan yung kulang.. grabe.... ahehehee... well, last case kasi namin eh hnd sinabi samin yung kahit pain dun priority prob namin... ahehehe...

bakit daw "waning of anesthesia???"
hmmm.....
eh tama aman ah db??? thats's my opinion...
but then... nagbigay ng sitwasyon yung panel namin.....
what if daw nag-enject xa ng anesthesia sa sarili nya... tapos nawala yung effect eh d may masakit na sa kanya... sbai namin... wala....
so dapat daw hnd waning of anesthesia yun....
it should be...

Alright, I just want to do some explaining (though I know this need not be done if you'll be asked). I really felt so uneasy after I have read your post and was aware of what happened to your case study defense.
First, I was very sorry for all the lapses I've done. It's totally unintentional. In as much that I wanted the NCPs I made to be perfect, my time seem to be (hehe) kapos na to produce quality and more precise ones. And I have not much resources here (books and previous notes). The only thing I can assure you of those NCPs I made is that I give my best to come up with it.
Yeah, your panel was right, I have also seen my lapses and natawa na lang ako kasi kahit ako e hindi ko rin yun kagad napansin. Anyway, the good thing is that natuto tayo pare-parehas sa nangyari.
